Is That Stress?
My score on the stress test was 10 out of 24. The results said that this mean that I have my life in good control but that I have to work on the bad habits and that choices I make that could cause stress. There are many things that stress me out the biggest being college. It is very hard to be in college, play sports, be a high school student, and still have a teenage and it can be very stressful. Another thing that stresses me out is people who constantly do the unnecessary. Sometimes it makes it harder to focus on my academics which leads to stress. But I am learning to just ignore it and not entertain it, just kill it with kindness. The way I deal with the stress of college is I take one day to just relax and enjoy doing nothing at all and then I resume work immediately. I also listen to music and sleep and try to be as lazy as possible on this relax day.

A good way to not stress yourself is to distance yourself from those people who do not encourage or help you in some way. It is good to take naps and relax during free time, but it is also helpful to get some work done so you do not have to do as much or stress about deadlines.
